The Lantern Resorts Patong - Sha Extra Plus, Patong

The hotel has a great location, close to Patong Beach and Bangla Road, with clean rooms that are acceptable for a budget stay. However, my experience was marred by some service issues at check-in and checkout, as well as problems with missing items. Overall, while it offers decent value, the service needs serious attention to enhance customer satisfaction.
